Digital Product Strategy Session ā€“ Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this session, you agree to the following terms:

  1. What's Included
    This is a one-off 60-minute 1:1 strategy session delivered via Zoom. It includes strategic guidance around your digital product, offer structure, funnel strategy, or launch plan. The session does not include implementation, follow-up calls, or done-for-you services.

  2. Booking & Validity
    You will receive an email to get you booked in upon confirmation. Sessions must be booked and completed within 12 weeks of purchase. It is your responsibility to schedule within this timeframe.

  3. Rescheduling Policy
    You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hoursā€™ notice via the booking system provided. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of the session being time-based and customised, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please only purchase if youā€™re ready to book within the timeframe.

  5. Intellectual Property
    All materials, strategies, and recommendations shared in the session are for your personal business use only and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced.

  6. Disclaimer
    While every effort is made to provide high-quality, strategic advice, no specific results are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for implementing and executing your chosen plan.
