By enrolling in any course provided by Nail Tech Tribe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you with your confirmation and welcome emails.
Access
Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the course within our online members' area, unless otherwise specified.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal Credit, and Afterpay as payment options.
Once this payment is made, no further charges will be applied unless you choose to purchase additional products or services from Nail Tech Tribe.
Support
No Q&A or personalized coaching support is included with mini-courses or standalone courses. For access to Q&A sessions, coaching support, or personalized guidance, please consider enrolling in our Nail Business Success Club (NBSC).
Program Content
All course content, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Nail Tech Tribe. These materials are provided solely for your personal and individual use and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold in any form. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you complete the course and feel that it did not provide any value, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must provide evidence that you have:
- Watched all course materials,
- Completed the associated workbook,
- Taken the recommended actions outlined in the training.
If you meet these conditions and still feel unsatisfied, please contact us to request a refund.
