It’s important to us that you are completely clear from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join Nail Business Success Club (NBSC), (“the Membership”) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

 

Membership Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Nail Tech Tribe. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Nail Tech Tribe (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

 

Membership Outline

The Nail Business Success Club helps sole trader nail techs and beauticians build businesses that support their epic lifestyles, providing knowledge, strategies, and confidence to earn significantly while maintaining a work-life balance. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance. 

The Nail Business Success Club is designed for sole trader nail techs, beauticians, hairdressers, or aestheticians who are dedicated to putting in the effort required to build a successful business that not only supports but enhances their lifestyle. The membership is particularly beneficial for those who operate from home, work mobile, or rent a space, providing essential support and guidance in client attraction, retention, and effective pricing strategies.

It is ideal for entrepreneurs at any stage of their business—from those just starting out to those who have been in the industry for years but have not yet managed to achieve a steady flow of clients or satisfactory earnings.

This membership is not suited for individuals looking for passive ways to grow their business without active participation and effort. It requires commitment and action to implement the strategies taught.

 

Membership Specifics

There are four elements to the membership: 

  1. Online Members Area
  2. Monthly Q&A Calls 
  3. Monthly Strategy Sessions
  4. A Private Facebook Group 

 

Online Members Area

We have 50+ masterclasses to help you go from complete biz beginner to earning ÂŁ2-5k a month working 2-4 days a week. Each masterclass includes on-demand training videos with speed control, a workbook and examples scripts and templates (as required).

For best results you should work through the workbooks and audio or video material in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in the live sessions. 

 

Monthly Q&A Calls

We hold monthly Q&A calls on Zoom, which you can join to ask any questions you have about the training videos or any challenges you’ve encountered while implementing them into your business.

These monthly calls take place on the 2nd Monday of every month at 9 AM and 6 PM BST/GMT to accommodate different time zones and schedules.

Every month, we also host masterclasses led by guest experts and consultants who are specialists in different areas of online beauty businesses.

The information and guidance shared will be based on our experience in building our own successful and fully booked nail and beauty businesses, as well as from helping thousands of other members.

All replays of the Q&A calls and masterclasses are available in the Online Members Area.

 

Monthly Strategy Sessions

These are monthly calls on Zoom. The aim is make sure that you know exactly what your intentions are for the month ahead, what you're working on achieving and your steps to make that happen. 

The monthly strategy sessions are hosted by Joanna Tompkins.  

 

A Private Facebook Group (Peer-to-Peer Support Model)

You will have access to a private Facebook group to support you during the Membership. The intention of the Facebook group is to provide peer-to-peer support and a network of individuals at a similar stage of the NBSC business journey who are facing similar challenges.

 

Behaviour

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.

 

Disclaimers

While the strategies and techniques provided in the Nail Business Success Club are tested and effective, they require hard work and personal initiative to yield results. The membership aims to equip you with the tools and understanding to attract clients and grow your business; however, individual results can vary based on effort and market conditions.

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique and their business and processes are unique to them. The aim is that by working through the trainings and resources and taking advantage of all of the elements which the membership has to offer you will have new information, strategies and techniques to create a successful nail tech or beauty business. 

All information provided will be general information and guidance and will not be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make. 

No content in this membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately. 

We ask that all members in the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.

 

Contact and Schedule

It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any training material, live Q&As and live masterclass sessions will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which cause a session(s) to be postponed they will be re-arranged as soon as possible. 

Throughout the membership we will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm UK time via [email protected] email address and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated. 

If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.

You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.

 

Payment Terms

The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to monthly payments via PayPal, Stripe, or directly via credit and debit cards which will be taken on the same day each month. 

The membership subscription to the Nail Business Success Club is entirely flexible, with options to pay monthly, or annually. Upon payment, you will gain immediate access to all membership benefits. Here's how each payment option works:

  • Monthly Payments: You may subscribe on a month-to-month basis without a long-term commitment. Payments are due each month on the date of your initial subscription. 
  • Annual Payments: For the best value, you may choose to pay annually. This option provides a significant discount compared to accumulating monthly or quarterly payments.

 

Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so by going to this link.  Please be aware that if you choose to cancel after your billing renewal date, you will still be charged for the upcoming period, during which you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the membership.

 

Please note that due to the nature of our digital content and immediate access to membership resources, refunds are typically not provided after the initial 14-day guarantee period, except under special circumstances, which can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found here: https://www.nailtechtribe.com/privacy-policy. 

We utilise Kajabi to manage our communications with you and from time to time may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool. 

During the course of the membership you may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.  

You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.

 

Refunds and Cancellation 

It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, networking opportunities and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership. 

If you decide within the first 14 days and before you have watched more than 15% of the trainings that it isn't for you just let us know and we'll refund you no questions asked! Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected]  and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where refund requests are made following the 14 day refund period.

Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so by going to this link.  Please be aware that if you choose to cancel after your billing renewal date, you will still be charged for the upcoming period, during which you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the membership.

 

Intellectual Property 

During your time as a member you will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What happens if I can't make a live session?

All live sessions, such as masterclasses and Q&A calls, are recorded and made available in the members area. You can access these recordings at your convenience. While we strive for the best quality, please note that on rare occasions, recordings may be unavailable or of lower quality due to technical issues.

  1. What if I need additional support?

Additional support is available through our monthly Q&A calls, and peer-to-peer feedback provided in our community group. 

  1. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to the members area and going to your profile and clicking cancel. 

  1. What if I am ill and unable to participate for an extended period?

If you are ill and unable to participate, please inform us. We understand these situations and will do our best to support you during your recovery, ensuring you can catch up with missed content.

  1. Is the NBSC suitable for all types of beauty businesses?

While the NBSC is tailored primarily for sole trader nail techs, beauticians, hairdressers, and aestheticians, many principles and strategies we teach are applicable across various types of beauty businesses. If you run a larger salon or a different type of beauty business and are unsure if the NBSC is right for you, please contact us for more information.

  1. What results can I expect from joining the NBSC?

Results vary among members, but our goal is to provide you with the strategies and support needed to significantly grow your client base and income. Success requires effort and application of the strategies learned within the NBSC.

  1. How do I get the most out of my membership?

To maximize your benefits, participate actively in live sessions, engage with the community, complete self-study materials, and implement the strategies discussed. Regular participation and application of learned concepts are key to achieving success.

 

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.

7-Day Free Trial Terms

  • Free Trial Etiquette: We offer this free trial as a nice gesture to allow you to trial the membership before having to pay. Please be a good trialist - We have a lovely membership and community! Please don't abuse the free trial. We're a small business (just like you!).

  • Eligibility: Available to new members only. One trial per person. If you have already had a free trial or been a previous NBSC member before and would like to sign up again you can do so here without the free trial.
    Duration: The trial lasts for 1 week exactly from the date of sign-up.

  • Subscription Terms: Your free trial will automatically switch to a ÂŁ49/month membership exactly one week after you sign up (the same time next week). To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, payments will continue monthly until you cancel.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds), it’s still due. If you cancel after the trial ends you’ll still owe that payment. Only future payments will be canceled.

    Cancellation: Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. To cancel, log in to the members area and go to your profile and settings and billing and click cancel. Cancellation ends access immediately.

  • No Refunds: No charges during the trial. After the trial ends, the first month’s payment and any month after that is non-refundable. This includes forgetting to cancel and any other reason for not cancelling in time.

  • Trial Inclusions: You get Instant access to everything exc The Scripts Bundle (you will receive these after your trial ends on day 9 via email).
    Amendments: We may modify or terminate this offer at any time, but changes won't affect current trials.
